Xocoatl — v0.1.3 (patch)

One-line summary — Preferences and keybinds live in the timeline widget, timeline shortcuts are customizable, and a few copy/paste + UI polish fixes (including effect tracks and Open Animation).

No change to the in-game runtime install flow — update the plugin from the Creator Store when you’re ready.

Additions and changes

Timeline — selection

  • Shift + multiselect keyframes — Hold Shift while clicking to add or remove keyframes from the selection, so you can batch-edit or copy several diamonds at once.

Preferences & keybinds

  • Custom keybinds — Open Options → Preferences → Keybinds, click a shortcut chip, then press the chord you want (supports Ctrl / Alt / Shift / Meta where applicable). Defaults stay sensible; your choices are saved with the plugin.
  • Rebind conflicts — If a shortcut is already used elsewhere, you’ll get a clear prompt: go back and keep listening, or unbind the other action when that’s allowed.
  • Preferences on the timeline — The preferences panel opens inside the main Xocoatl widget (same shell style as Open Animation), so it feels integrated and key capture behaves reliably in the dock.

Track list — properties

  • Copy / Paste Properties — On each element or effect header (⋮), use Copy Properties / Paste Properties to snapshot tracked values at the playhead and paste them as keyframes on another instance. Only properties that exist on the target type are applied (e.g. no TextTransparency on a plain Frame).

UI polish

  • Edit menu: Copy / Paste Keyframes are grouped separately from Undo / Redo with a divider.
  • Track ⋮ menus: copy/paste properties are grouped separately from hierarchy / delete (or Remove Effect).

Bug fixes

  • Effect tracks — Copy / Paste Keyframes now works correctly for keyframes on effect property tracks, not only regular UI instances.
  • Open Animation — Shift+O (and the menu action) no longer opens stacked Open Animation modals if the saves browser is already open.
